About Tactical Event
Tactical Event is a Swedish company with a published address in Malmö that carries out test purchases and undercover visits (mystery shopping) for shops and retail chains. Its own website describes assignments in which the evaluator acts as an ordinary customer without revealing their identity.
In addition to documenting the purchasing experience, the firm produces reports and supports internal investigations when visits uncover irregularities in service, payment handling or stock management.
The company publishes its Malmö address, phone number and contact email, and presents the systematic documentation of each visit as the basis of its reports for client management.
